Sally Smith

For over 50 years, Sally Smith has traveled the globe, drawing inspiration from the rich cultures, colors, and textures of Africa and Asia. With extended stays in Bangladesh and what was once Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe), Sally immersed herself in local traditions, collecting beads and treasures from craft markets across continents.

Her passion for beaded and woven jewelry began early and has taken her from exhibiting at boutique shows in New York City to having her work featured at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African Art Gift Shop in Washington, DC.

Each piece in Sally’s collection is hand-strung, one-of-a-kind, and tells a story through thoughtfully curated materials and striking color combinations. Her jewelry is a reflection of a life spent exploring the world with curiosity and creativity.

“My designs make me feel good, and I hope they do the same for my customers,” Sally says. “It brings me so much joy knowing someone out there is wearing a piece of my journey.”
